Trauma-Informed Equity Educator + Coach

Let me Support You on Your Journey

Together, we celebrate the human condition – we don’t hide from it.

Together, we love and grieve and feel deeply. We are fully human.

Together, we know that it’s okay to not be okay.

It’s painful.

It’s also beautiful.

The thing about those of us who feel pain deeply? We have the capacity to experience deeper connections and deeper joy, too.

Reconnecting with Yourself Again

Life is unpredictable, and to cope with overwhelm, we’re often forced to detach from our bodies, minds, and emotions. As a result, we can become trapped in patterns of disconnection in both our relationship with ourselves and with others. Yet we can learn to face our pain with love and understanding, reclaim our nervous system, and reconnect with ourselves again.

Our problems (and therefore solutions) are rarely straightforward, and addressing them requires patient understanding, nuance, and an acceptance of complexity. I work collaboratively with my clients as peers and equals, recognizing that they are having normal reactions to traumatic experiences.

Hi! I’m Natasha

I’m passionate about what I do. Watching my clients gain new insights into themselves and recognize their own worth is incredibly rewarding, and I’m honored to be part of that process. I believe my work with clients is the inner healing that’s needed to support the outer work the world needs.

Wherever you are on your journey, I’m here to support you with empathy, experience, and a genuine commitment to your well-being.

Navigating uncertainty

Making decisions can seem debilitating, especially with seemingly competing priorities. I can help.

Finding Balance

Sometimes balance seems like an elusive impossibility forever out of reach.  With the right support, balance is possible.

Enhancing Confidence

Trauma keeps us stuck in old coping strategies and unhelpful habits. You can release them and gain confidence in navigating it all.

Ongoing Support

Working with me allows you to begin to heal in relationship, giving you the tools to heal in connection with yourself and others.

My Philosophy

One Step at a Time

YOU are the most valuable person in your recovery. Regardless of your past or other experiences, your voice matters here and you control the pace. I’m here to walk beside you—from baby steps to leaps and bounds—pausing and sitting with you when it’s time to rest.

“Working with Natasha has been transformative. Before I met her I was struggling with self-confidence, feelings of overwhelm, and a lack of joy in my life. Natasha’s gentle, non-judgmental approach helped me confront and overcome deep-seated feelings of worthlessness from my childhood. Through her support and reminders of my value, I’ve rediscovered joy and a renewed sense of self-respect.

Natasha consistently encouraged me by acknowledging my achievements, no matter how small, and reinforcing that incremental progress leads to significant accomplishments over time. Her unwavering support and compassionate guidance has provided me with a fresh perspective and a renewed sense of purpose. I highly recommend partnering with Natasha.”

We’re in this together

As a trauma recovery coach, I focus on your safety first and foremost. Living with trauma can feel incredibly lonely, isolating, and invalidating. Working together, you’ll come to understand your coping strategies, and begin to let go of those which no longer serve you.
